Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the RedRouter API, chat, and website, which are operated by Marker AI, Inc. (“RedRouter”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your sign-in email and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys, so revoke a key as soon as you think it has been exposed.

Credits and billing

RedRouter is prepaid. You buy credits by card or USDC, and each request is charged against your balance at the per-token prices listed on the Models page when the request is made. Price changes apply only to later requests.

Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value, except where the law requires otherwise. If we charge you in error, we will correct it. You are responsible for any taxes on your purchases. If a payment is disputed or reversed, we may remove the related credits and suspend the account.

Acceptable use

RedRouter serves models without added refusals, so how you use them is your responsibility. You may not use the service to:

• break the law, or help someone else break it;
• create or distribute sexual content involving minors;
• attack, access, or test systems you do not own or are not authorized to test;
• harass, threaten, or target real people;
• get around authentication, rate limits, or spend limits, or share or resell access to do so;
• disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.

We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You keep your rights to your prompts and outputs. You give us only the rights needed to run the service. As described in our Privacy policy, unless you turn on Zero Data Retention, we keep an encrypted copy of request content for up to 30 days for abuse prevention, support, debugging, and billing disputes.

Model outputs can be wrong, offensive, or unsafe. Review them before you rely on them.

Affiliates

The affiliate program pays on eligible net settled spend, subject to review, a 14-day hold and the published rates. Affiliate rewards are promotional credits only, never cash, and non-withdrawable. They never expire and can only be spent on inference; they cannot be transferred. Self-referral and fraud forfeit rewards. Refunds and chargebacks reverse earnings; we may reclaim unused promotional rewards. Affiliates are responsible for their taxes. We may change or end the program.

Changes to the service

Models, prices, limits, and features may change. We will give notice of material changes when practical. We never silently swap a model for a different one. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you when practical. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.

Ending use

You may stop using RedRouter at any time. To close your account, email us. If we close an account for breaking these terms, its remaining credits are forfeited.
